AI Expert – Visual Detection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Expert with a specialization in visual detection to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, image recognition, and deep learning. Your primary role will be to develop and optimize AI models that can accurately detect and classify objects, analyze visual data, and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced computer vision algorithms and AI models for object detection, segmentation, and classification.

Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art methods in visual detection and deep learning.

Optimize and train models for high accuracy and real-time performance on various platforms.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into software applications and products.

Work with large, complex datasets to improve model robustness across diverse conditions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field by tracking the latest AI trends in visual detection.

Write technical documentation and provide clear explanations of algorithm functionality to stakeholders.

Assist in patenting novel technologies.

Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field, with a focus on computer vision; or a Master’s degree with equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models for visual detection.
  • Expertise in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
  • Demonstrated experience with image and video processing techniques.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Experience with GPU computing and optimization for inference on edge devices.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in deploying AI models in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Publications in relevant AI/Computer Vision journals or conferences would be highly regarded.
