We understand that losing staff is devastating for your business; deadlines, cost, and morale. TaaS is designed to replace full-time employment. This provides you with the loyalty and continuity you are looking for to be productive.

Our primary goal is provide you with long-term stability so you are productive. Having this said, our partners enjoy our TaaS so much that they ask us to help them with short-term placement. So, yes, though short-term placement is not our primary market, we offer it to our partners.

On average, 2 to 3 weeks.

After we carefully select your perfect fit, you meet with the candidate for approval. At this point, we would have ensured that the candidate meets all cultural, linguistic, and technical requirements.

Your Heart works the hours you require. It is very common for our partners to select 4 core hours/day for their team to be online at the same time. Operational requirements always take priority.

We administer all matters related to HR so you do not have to. Your Heart may get awarded personal time off based on your location and theirs. Operational requirements always take priority.

It is highly unlikely but possible… we guarantee our service and happy to replace the Heart upon your notice. Our agreement also has an early termination clause, to protect you and make you feel comfortable. 

The TaaS model is designed to be simple, headache free, and elastic. When a Heart joins your team, we charge one flat TaaS fee per Heart on a monthly basis. That is it! You do not have to worry about recruitment fees, payroll, HR expenses, employment insurance, vacation pay… on average our partners save about 40% off their burdened payroll cost.

We have a simple and short (1page) Business Process Agreement (BPO); governs the relationship and defines the rules of engagement. Once signed, we can start working on building your team. The BPO does not represent any financial commitment or spending. When a Heart is joining your team, you sign a simple and short (1page) Statement of Work (SOW) for the specific vacancy. This is when you are committed to the monthly TaaS fee.
